Canicross , stepping and canitralen.

I have been canicrossing since 2013 and scooting since 2019

In terms of canicross; participation in the World Championships in France
In terms of “just” running/trailing; running my 100K before I turned 50
- What is your greatest sports moment to date?
Participating with my old dog Sjaak in the European Canicross Championships in the Czech Republic
- What is the funniest or least funny sports moment to date?
The least funny thing is that Sjaak had eaten the car while I was walking our other dog. And Sjaak then had to be rushed to the vet!
- Can you give one tip to other canicrossers/steppers/bikers/sled dog mushers what is best to do/don’t do in this sport(s)?
Canicrossers learn to run better, take running training! This is for injury prevention and will benefit your performance.
- What is your favorite Fastdog product for your dog(s)?
The recovery shake! BiBa likes this SO much but she likes the kibble too and the recovery cookies too. Can’t choose well just like BiBa….
